Carolina
Carolina
Originally from Argentina, Carolina has a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness.

Carolina started her fitness career in Miami several years ago as an personal trainer and group fitness instructor teaching classes such as: kickboxing, step, body sculpt, aqua aerobics, pilates and indoor cycling. She loves music and rhythm and incorporates this into her classes – you may see her break into dance from time to time.

Carolina joined 360 Cycle for the community feel and intimate class sizes which enable her to really connect with members and inspire them to be the best they can be.

Chelsea
Chelsea
Set your alarm early and check out Chelsea’s class. A former radio host, group ride leader and part of the Westwood Cycle family, it’s hard to say if she’ll have you working or laughing harder.
Fran
Fran
Fran will melt your heart… and your glutes. She’s our resident ‘cycle-therapist’ delivering a ride that’s as rewarding mentally as it is physically. Between her thoughtfully chosen music and her ability to connect with and inspire riders to push through it, there’s something spiritual about riding with Fran.

Fran’s an avid outdoor road cyclist, participating in numerous GranFondo rides in Canada and the US. She uses her love for cycling and knowledge of fitness to challenge, encourage and motivate riders.

Gabby
Gabby
Gabby’s your go-to-gal if you’re looking for a party on the bike.

Known to use the occasional disco ball, Gabby’s secret power is to get riders to leave their daily stresses at the door and to have so much fun they forget they’re exercising.

She’s a major music buff and uses her DJ skills to create a ride that’s high energy and out of this world fun – just like her.

Jose
Jose
Jose’s journey started off like many of ours – overweight. At 250+ lbs – he knew he needed a change. For him, this change was realized by signing up for the Whistler GranFondo. He began taking spin classes with his family in preparation for the race and quickly shed 30 lbs and finished strong.

Since then, Jose has completed Ironman Whistler, Canada 2015 Coeur d’Alene and Idaho 2016. As if that wasn’t inspiring enough, Jose has changed his career trajectory to align to his passion for fitness and nutrition by working towards a Bachelors of Kinesiology at SFU, focusing on Active Health and Rehabilitation.

Joanne
Joanne
There’s something about Joanne that draws you in. Jo was hand-selected to teach at 360 because of her ability to inspire others and her love of people.

Jo is a two-time Ironman Canada finisher. And, as if that wasn’t impressive enough, she has also completed multiple triathlons, half-marathons and cycling events including Wheel to Heal, Triple Crown for Heart and Canada Day Populaire.

Joanne is an amazing athlete with the ability to get riders to feel at home and push to their limits.

Julie
Julie
Don’t let her sweet smile fool you. Julie’s ‘no pain, no gain’ mantra will make waking up for her morning class worth every sweaty second.

Julie was meant to do this. In fact, when she was a kid, she attended fitness classes only to come home and pretend to be the instructor. Her dreams ‘came true’ when she got a job as a fitness instructor at just 18.

Cycling is Julie’s passion and it shows in her ability to motivate riders, and in her creative, inspirational and challenging workouts.

She’ll kick your butt – but you’ll want to come back for more. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident and inspired.

Krista
Krista
Krista has one philosophy when it comes to fitness – fitness is a lifestyle – not just a short-term goal.

Active both in the community and in her lifestyle, Krista spends her days volunteer coaching a dragonboat team and cycling outdoors. In addition to being a spin instructor, she’s also a personal trainer and uses music and tempo to motivate riders to push harder and get outside comfort zone.

She passionately shows others how good it feels to sweat, and push personal limits; to become a stronger person – inside and out!

Liz
Liz
If you aren’t an early-bird, you’re missing out on classes with Liz. Liz is dedicated to helping riders transform their lives by making exercise and nutrition part of their lifestyle – not just a new year’s resolution.

She’s a certified holistic nutritional coach and a bundle of energy who is passionate about what she does and it shows.

Set your alarm to 6 am and come see why her classes are almost always full.

Niki
Niki

Scott is meticulous about his course planning. Each of his classes is a carefully crafted masterpiece designed to help riders reach their tipping point week after week. A class with Scott is tough but oh-so-rewarding when you see the progress that can be achieved.
