Originally from Argentina, Carolina has a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness.
Carolina started her fitness career in Miami several years ago as an personal trainer and group fitness instructor teaching classes such as: kickboxing, step, body sculpt, aqua aerobics, pilates and indoor cycling. She loves music and rhythm and incorporates this into her classes – you may see her break into dance from time to time.
Carolina joined 360 Cycle for the community feel and intimate class sizes which enable her to really connect with members and inspire them to be the best they can be.
Fran will melt your heart… and your glutes. She’s our resident ‘cycle-therapist’ delivering a ride that’s as rewarding mentally as it is physically. Between her thoughtfully chosen music and her ability to connect with and inspire riders to push through it, there’s something spiritual about riding with Fran.
Fran’s an avid outdoor road cyclist, participating in numerous GranFondo rides in Canada and the US. She uses her love for cycling and knowledge of fitness to challenge, encourage and motivate riders.
Gabby’s your go-to-gal if you’re looking for a party on the bike.
Known to use the occasional disco ball, Gabby’s secret power is to get riders to leave their daily stresses at the door and to have so much fun they forget they’re exercising.
She’s a major music buff and uses her DJ skills to create a ride that’s high energy and out of this world fun – just like her.
As a competitive athlete for the majority of her teenage and adult life, Niki’s dedication to sport, community and motivation has shaped her into who she is today.
With over 20 years in the fitness industry, and as an Ambassador for Lululemon and community run leader, Niki has dedicated an enormous amount of time to helping others find what makes them tick through exercise. Whether running, cycling, swimming, walking or hiking, Niki has an unique talent for helping other push just a little bit harder to realize their full potential.

Tammy has helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals over the course of her career. Tammy is a full-time fitness professional and a certified personal trainer, weight trainer, group fitness leader, trx, ripped and spin instructor.
She lives by the kindness code and wants all her participants to feel supported on their journey to healthier lifestyles. She uses positive reinforcement, skillful instruction and great music to coach her clients to dig deep and find the strength she knows they have.
Scott is a marathon runner and road rider with a passion for all things active. He’s an inspiring athlete who, on any given day, you might find running several kilometres, teaching a cycling class and then going to yoga afterwards.
Scott is meticulous about his course planning. Each of his classes is a carefully crafted masterpiece designed to help riders reach their tipping point week after week. A class with Scott is tough but oh-so-rewarding when you see the progress that can be achieved.
I took my first spinning class 20 years ago and loved it. I never really got into fitness regularly until after my second son was born 9 years ago. As a busy working I finally wanted to do something for myself and to become healthier for my family as I had reached my all time highest weight 8 years ago. I then found 360 cycle and I loved them immediately as I found it to be a close friendly environment. The winter of 2016 I realized I loved it so much that I wanted to teach it and help others on there journey to a healthy active lifestyle along with myself. So I got my spin certification
and here I am!
Being fit and participating in athletics is something that has helped play a positive influence in Liam’s life. Liam just finished playing NCAA division I baseball at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. Part of his passion for fitness and athletics stems from the experiences and relationships he got throughout his career in the US. Liam is currently finishing a bachelor in psychology with an emphasis in sport psychology. His goal is to one day work with athletes to assist them through similar experiences he went through as an athlete himself. Alongside teaching spin Liam teaches kickboxing as well. One thing his journey has taught him is the only person you are competing against is yourself. So all you have to do is be the best version of you!
Katie has been involved within the Fitness Industry for 25 years in many capacities. Prior to that, she led numerous classes and trained several clients out of Toronto’s most elite Fitness Centers. Since her move to BC, she has changed her fitness teaching focus and trained with YogaFit Canada and developed her own unique, athletic, flow-style and approach to Yoga. Katie brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes and, because of her full-time career as a school teacher, she has a gift for patient, caring educational delivery and is skilled in providing her participants with endless pose variations, creative adaptations and lots of fun. You can be sure to love, laugh and learn from Katie’s dynamic and always challenging fitness classes.
If Sonia isn’t teaching spin , yoga , Aquafit or Personal Training clients you’ll see her out in nature biking , running , swimming , skiing or surfing behind a boat .
Sonia’s classes are known for her variety of high energy fun music to keep you smiling and moving . She’s been teaching for over 20years and continues her journey with continued education of Fitness She has her : 3rd Age , Time , BCRPA Personal Trainers , Aquafit , Spinning , Ripped , TRX , Level 4 Yoga through Yoga Fit , BCRPA Yoga Flow , PIYO and continues to maintain her CPR and FFA .
Ralson has enjoyed dancing ever since he can remember, but not through any formal training, mainly urban styles in the clubs and freestylin’ to the sounds of Hip-hop and R&B. Whatever gets you to forget about your troubles or worries and makes you want to move. He’s known as the “big guy that can move”, because it’s not about the moves or looking good, it’s about the feeling.
Life is the journey, dance is the experiment.
He’s originally from New York City and moved to Vancouver in 2011 looking for active things to do. As a student and huge fan of Hip-Hop/R&B, dancehall, and latin music, He discovered Zumba® as an alternative to working out in gyms/group fitness and to compliment his Hip-hop classes. He is also group fitness certified (CanFIT Pro). He has more of that fun groovin’ style you would get from a party, street or a club so check out one of his classes. Remember, we are ALL dancers.
Jennifer Thurbide has been teaching fitness for over 20 years. She has never seen it as work even though it is a second career for her. By day, she is a successful school teacher and student services team leader. She is passionate about teaching people and fitness. Jennifer is not only an accomplished cycling instructor, but she also teachers all levels of step, hi lo, abs, muscle sculpt, tabatas and anything in between.
She believes everyone has a right to “fit in” at workout facilities and is entitled to a suitable yet challenging workout. In her spare time she loves to run for “extra fitness”. Among the many half and full marathons she has completed, a proud moment was running the “Boston Marathon” in 2009 with her husband. You may see her cycling or running with her kids in the community as well!
Aubyn loves anything outside, hiking, kayaking, running, backpacking, snowshoeing, dirt bike riding and camping. She works as an RN and loves teaching fitness classes. She has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years teaching group fitness as well as working individually with clients as a personal trainer. Aubyn continues to uphold her credentials by attending education throughout the year and has completed her RDYT200 hour yoga teacher training. She enjoys watching people have a good time, sing along to the music and work hard to achieve their own personal goals. Both jobs give her the opportunity to contribute positively to people’s lives. “If you’re not having fun then it’s harder to get to where you’re going”
