About 360 Cycle360 Cycle is the Premiere Indoor Cycling Studio in the Tri-Cities. Centrally located to serve Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge, we are the first dedicated indoor cycling studio with a unique concept and will provide a workout experience for all levels from beginners to competitive athletes.
We are unique in that we have 2 different styles of classes at 360. We have classes that are "spinning" focused and classes that are "cycling" focused. The difference between the 2 styles is simply this: Spinning classes contain more variety of different drills in a 50 min class. Cycling classes are more training specific, focusing on things such as dedicated 60 min climbs, time trials, track workouts, visualized coached rides that simulate outdoor road riding. We take a road ride or a training workout and bring it to you on the bike!
We have a variety of instructors and classes to suit everyone. We have Strength Training, Bootcamp, Yoga, Tabata classes (both on and off the bike!), Road Ride classes and Cycling and Spinning classes. Check the "Instructors" page as well as the "Class Descriptions" page to find a class that is perfect for you! If you are unsure which class is right for you, give Dori a call or email and she will direct you into the correct class. We "Ride Right" meaning no upper body work on the bike. No push ups, no movements, no contraindicated riding. We bring you the most solid cycling classes around.
We want your experience with us to be amazing. We provide towels, water (from a tap) and fresh bananas and oranges post workout, as well as view that you won't find anywhere else in the city.
Your first class is always free with us and if it doesn't meet your expectations, or the instructor wasn't quite what you were looking for, we will give you anther free class to try until you find the right class for you.
What is Indoor Cycling?Indoor Cycling, a.k.a. "SPIN® or Spinning®" is a group exercise class where participants ride a stationary bike to the rhythm of music and the direction of an instructor. During each 45 - 60 minute class you'll burn an average of 500-800 calories. No matter your fitness level, anyone who can ride a bike can participate. The rider controls the resistance, speed, and overall exertion during the class. Each rider can tailor the class to his or her specific fitness level. Indoor cycling is a non-impact activity making it a great workout for all shapes, sizes, ages and athletic abilities.
